Five Images Awarded with Accolade of Excellence from the 16×20 International Competition hosted by WPPI this year in Las Vegas are featured in Page # 252 inside the WPPI 2009 Anual Book . This Book is a collection the best images from near 8,000 entries from all over the world and evaluated by several judges panels in different categories. One more time , like the last 10 years in a row, Daniel Images has been selected to take part of an exclusive group of Photographers and be published in a Book showing his artistic interpretations of the Wedding and Portrait images.

I’m recovering from a long flight all way down from the Pacific side of Mexico, the beautiful Mazatlan. Was a GREAT experience for me , and they give me a really VIP treatment . Thank you very much to my new friends Jose Enrique Montero Rubio ( The Boss), Salvador ( The accounting manager , or , the money guy), Ruben ( my designed personal asistant) and Manuel Ramirez ( the Photoshop master) for your assistance with “everything” (literally), I enjoy your company guys!!! And of course to all the people that was present in a high number ( 200+) that give me their friendship too. My personal and sincere respect to everybody!!

In October 20 , 2009 was published an interview that Lucero Amador Miranda , from WPPI Spanish newsletter , she write about the changes ocurred  in the life of Puerto Rico Wedding Photographer  Daniel Romero, when he decide to turn the page and jump to the digital wagon in the year 2001. This weekend , from October 16 to October 19, Daniel Romero has participated  in a Photographic Convention in Dorado , Puerto Rico. This event was organized  for FPBC , a Photographic organization Based in Puerto Rico. Daniel was selected as a Judge for the 16×20  Photographic Competition , and in the same Convention  participate in a Seminar  and the Speaker was Jim Garner , a  famous wedding Photographer based in Seatle, USA. The picture was taken at the end of the seminar  , in the Public Square of Dorado Downtown.
