After 3 planes, 4 airports and 14 hours of fly , I finally reach the beautiful Mexican city of Mazatlan , rounded by the Pacific Ocean and spectacular beaches. The seminar was held in the Holidays Inn Resort Hotel , located right inside the touristic zone of the town. In the room was a plaque giving me a welcome for the second time to be there , nice detail by the way. In the follow day , the Monday , a crowd of people where coming in to be ready in their’s room , while we was preparing the computer in the auditorium for the projection and display of images , setting the camera to shoot live, and helping to give the last finished touches to a “simulate” window that the people of Arauz make it for my demostrations. Tuesday was a Great day , full of energy that the people give me , and I enjoy very much to be there and a privilege for me to be selected for second time as one of the speakers of this very well organized and succesfully seminar. All the credits for such great organization is for the Executive chief, Luis Enrique Montero Rubio and the Arauz crew members. Thank You for all your attentions , my friends, I can’t wait to be there again in the future.

Great Wedding at La Concha Resort

The wedding of Viviana and Bayoan was celebrated in San Juan , at La Concha Resort as the place selected for the reception. The Ceremony was in San Francisco , at the entrance of the Old San Juan City. All the logistics where very well organized by Myrna Serrano Wedding Event Coordinator and his team ( very helpful, by the way). All spectacular decorations by Nestor Lopez from ” Acanthus “. The Music was from “Sin Prisa” Music Group. Also the Hotel personnel , leaded by the Catering Manager David Silva where all the time available to make this event running smoothly from the beginning to the end.

Inspired by the sea , a Wedding with the nature around us.

This Wedding of Alexandra and Luis was celebrated in the Rincon of the Seas Hotel, in Rincon , Puerto Rico. After a two hours drive from San Juan, we found that was raining, so , we can’t go with the bride outside to meet our mother nature , I decide to stay in the Bride’s room to make his portraits to protect the Dress and the hair and make up of the Bride. The ceremony was celebrated outside , after the rain stop, a beautiful scenario designed by Arq. Jorge David Mendez was constructed by the beach by Pedro Frontera. Everybody was enjoying the natural enviroment , fresh breeze and the sound of the waves. After the ceremony everybody move to the cocktail area , while we make some family portraits inside the spectacular saloon decorated by Carmen Mendez , which was the event coordinator too. The whole idea ant theme of the wedding decoration was based on the sea . The entrance of Bride and Groom , first Dance and toast follow , under the lighting design of Maxlighting and the music of “Sin Prisa” Band , the party begin with soft music and dinner. Later I ask Alexandra and Luis to came with me 15 minutes to the lobby Hotel to make some love portraits of the couple.
We stay one more hour after our time was finished to document the cake cutting and some funny shoots of the people at the dance floor. Our trip back to San Juan was at 12.30 midnight , tired , but pleased for the job done.

Pre Wedding Session with Alexandra and Luis

After 3 weeks of persistent rain delays, finally we can meet with Alexandra and Luis in the Old San Juan City. The resulting images where a random selection from a two hours session walking trough the coblestone streets and colorful houses. The wedding will be Saturday , June 4, at The Rincon of the Seas, in Rincon , Puerto Rico

Sherlene y Miguel got married in wonderful Old San Juan, with ceremony at the Cathedral and after a brief photographic session in the streets of the old city , they have a reception in El Convento Hotel.

Wonderful wedding in San Juan Hotel , Puerto Rico. This couple ( Marta and Thomas) was very cooperative with me, and I was free to make some beautiful images at the hotel property.

A beautiful wedding was celebrated in Hotel El Convento, in the Historic Old San Juan City , between Meredith Nagin and Aaron Ortiz. The ceremony take place in the Hotel’s colonial patio and the reception in the Campeche salon. After the ceremony I take the happy couple with me to a short walk in the coblestone streets of Old San Juan to take pictures in La Rogativa monument .

Boda en La Concha Resort en San Juan , Puerto Rico

Este Sabado 31 de Enero de 2009 tuve el privilegio de retratar la boda de Silkia Janelle Capó y Jorge Rafael Aguayo cuya ceremonia fue efectuada en las Iglesia San Jorge de Santurce y la Recepcion en el renovado Hotel La Concha Resort en El Condado , en dichas instalaciones fuimos muy bien atendidos por el personal del hotel , especialmente por el gerente de catering , David Silva. El video fue de Willo Rosado y la coordinacion estuvo a cargo de Myrna Serrano. La Boda empezo para nosotros en la casa de la novia aproximadamente a la una de la tarde y ella estuvo muy puntual ( maquillada excelentemente por David Lang) lo que nos permitio hacer bonitas fotos y sin prisa. Nuestro trabajo termino aproximadamente a la medianoche , pero fue una actividad muy bien organizada y agradezco la cooperacion tanto de los dos novios como de las dos familias ya que mi trabajo tuvo mucha fluidez y me senti realmente muy comodo.
